Cyber Literate provides cybersecurity literacy courses for teams and individuals. Course details, schedules, and outlines are published on our website.

3. Info Products

We offer digital resources such as e-books, video tutorials, and downloadable guides to support your learning journey.

4. Goods

Physical materials, including printed manuals or workbooks, may be sold through our online store.

5. Charges and Payment

All charges for services, info products, and goods are due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled course, please submit your request via contact form. Changes received at least seven days prior to the course start date will be accommodated at no extra cost, subject to availability. Requests made less than seven days before the start date may not be granted due to fixed instructor and venue arrangements.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

To request a refund for a course fee, submit a written request via contact form no later than seven days before the scheduled start date. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to a future session at no additional charge. No refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations made less than seven days before the start date, as resources and instructors are reserved in advance.

7.2 Info Products

Digital downloads may be previewed before purchase. Once access has been granted, these items are final sale, except in cases of technical defects. If you encounter an issue that prevents access, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will restore access or provide a replacement file.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged during transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original method of payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, logos, trademarks, and content provided by Cyber Literate are the exclusive property of Cyber Literate or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Cyber Literate be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our offerings. Our total liability for any claim related to a service, product, or good will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific item.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dubai.
